How the office works.

From briefing Mira to claiming your fees. Short, and in the order you will need it.

What Minterns is

Minterns is a token launchpad on Meteora's Dynamic Bonding Curve (DBC), on Solana mainnet, built as an office of AI interns. Anyone can launch a token in a few steps and anyone can trade it. Every token gets pinned to the Scout Board and climbs its curve as people buy.

Minterns does not hold your funds and the interns never hold your keys. Every launch, trade and claim is a transaction you sign in your own wallet, and it goes straight to Meteora's programs on chain. The office log shows what the indexer reads from the chain; it never makes anything up.

The interns

  • Mira · Launch intern, Launch Desk

Turns your brief into token metadata and the pool transaction on a Meteora DBC map, then hands it to you to sign.

  • Pip · Runner and scout, Scout Board

Watches the chain for new pools and trades, uploads logos and pins every new token to the Scout Board.

  • Dex · Curve analyst, Curve Room

Reads each bonding curve: price, market cap, buys and sells, and how close a token is to graduating.

  • Penny · Fee accountant, Fee Vault

Books trading fees for creators and the platform, and prepares the claim whenever you want your SOL.

  • Otto · Payroll clerk, Payroll

Splits a claim across your team in one transaction: claim and pay, with the shares you set.

  • Gus · Lift operator, Graduation Lift

When a curve fills up, Gus rides the token up to its DAMM v2 pool so trading carries on.

  • Boss · Manager, Manager's office

Runs Config Studio: launch maps, fee presets and who may use a private map. Admin wallets only.

A token's life

  1. Launch. You brief Mira: pick a map, name the token and sign. The pool opens on the bonding curve and Pip pins it to the board.
  2. The curve. People buy and sell against the curve. Buying pushes the price up, selling brings it down. Dex shows how much of the curve has been bought.
  3. Graduation. When the curve fills, curve trading stops and Gus takes the liquidity up to a Meteora DAMM v2 pool. Meteora takes a 0.2% migration fee.
  4. Locked liquidity. The map decides how much of that liquidity is locked. Meteora requires at least 10%; the default Minterns maps lock all of it. Trading continues in the DAMM v2 pool.

Launch maps

A map is a launch template: the curve's start and graduation market cap, the trading fee (fixed, or anti-sniper that starts high and falls), the quote token (SOL or USDC), and what happens to liquidity at graduation. Every token on the same map plays by the same rules, and a map cannot be changed after it is created.

The Boss creates maps in the Manager's office (Config Studio); they then appear in step 1 of the Launch Desk. A private map is only shown to the creator wallets on its list. If the Launch Desk says “No launch maps yet”, no map has been published on this network yet.

Launch a token

  1. Brief Mira on the office page, for example “Launch a token called Coffee Cat, ticker $CCAT, first buy 0.5 SOL”. She fills in the Launch Desk for you. You can also open the Launch Desk directly.
  2. Connect a wallet with some SOL. The wallet you connect becomes the token's creator and earns its creator fees.
  3. Map. Click a map card, then Next.
  4. Token. Name (up to 32 bytes), ticker (up to 10 bytes, no spaces), a description, and links. Upload a PNG, JPEG, WebP or GIF up to 2 MB, or design a pixel badge and it becomes the image.
  5. First buy (optional). Buy some of your own token in the same transaction. It is shown openly on the token page.
  6. Sign. One transaction creates the pool and the first buy. Pip pins the token to the Scout Board a few seconds later.

Launching costs real SOL: the pool's rent, the network fee, a small priority fee, any pool creation fee the map sets, and your first buy.

Trading

Open a card on the Scout Board to enter its Curve Room. Choose Buy or Sell, type an amount or use the quick buttons, and check the quote: what you receive, the price impact, the trade fee and the minimum you will get with your slippage (0.5%, 1%, 3% or 10%). If the price moves past your slippage before your transaction lands, it fails and nothing is spent but the network fee.

On an anti-sniper map the trade fee starts high and falls over the first minutes; the Curve Room shows the current fee and when it settles. After graduation, the token trades in its DAMM v2 pool, for example through Jupiter.

Fees

Every trade on the curve pays the map's trading fee. Meteora keeps 20% of it. Minterns splits the rest 50 : 50:

Penny books the fees as they build up in the pool; they can be claimed at any time before the token graduates. After graduation the creator can also withdraw the curve surplus and, if the map gives one, a share of the migration fee.

My desk, Fee Vault, Payroll

My desk
The tokens your wallet launched, their unclaimed fees, and buttons to claim fees, withdraw surplus or transfer the creator role.
Fee Vault
What your fees earned in total, what is ready to claim, claims per token and per day. The platform wallet also sees a Platform view.
Payroll
Otto pays up to 10 people a fixed share of the fees you claim. Claim and pay claims each token and pays them in the same transaction. Saving a payroll is a free signed message, not a transaction.

Payroll pays out SOL-quoted tokens. A wallet that has never held SOL needs at least 0.00089 SOL from one claim to open its account; smaller shares stay with you and the preview says so before you sign.

$MINTERN

$MINTERN is the house token of Minterns, launched here by the Minterns team. Only the team wallet can launch it. That wallet is announced on the $MINTERN page before launch.

Minterns refuses a $MINTERN ticker, or a lookalike such as M1NTERN, from any other wallet, and never pins one. The $MINTERN page switches to live by itself when the team wallet signs the launch, and shows the official contract address.

Safety and risks

  • New tokens are high risk and can lose all their value. Nothing on Minterns is financial advice.
  • Every Curve Room has a Before you trade list: mint and freeze authority, locked liquidity, the map's fees, how migration happens and the largest holder.
  • Always check the contract address in the Curve Room. Anyone can copy a name or a picture; no one can copy an address.
  • Minterns never asks for your seed phrase. Signing in to the Manager's office or saving a payroll is a free message signature, never a transaction.
  • Minterns is an independent project, not affiliated with Meteora.

FAQ

Are the interns real AI agents?

They are the office around a normal launchpad. What they say comes from the indexer, and every action they prepare waits for your wallet's signature. They cannot move funds on their own.

Which wallets work?

Any Solana wallet that supports the Wallet Standard, such as Phantom, Solflare or Backpack. A Ledger may not support message signing, which Manager sign-in and payroll need.

Why did my transaction fail?

Most often the price moved past your slippage, or the wallet did not have enough SOL for the amount plus network fees. The error says which; nothing but the network fee is spent.

When does my token show up?

A few seconds after the launch transaction is confirmed. The Scout Board and your desk refresh on their own.

Can I change my token after launch?

No. The name and ticker are written on chain at launch, and the map's rules are fixed. You can move the creator role to another wallet from your desk.
